For reasons unknown to me, one of my two X-drives (I’ll refer to it as my Blue X-drive) is no longer displaying on my Lenovo Desktop. When I open the “This PC” window, it does not show up there nor anywhere else. I know there is nothing wrong with it because I’ve connected it to two different laptops and it connects and displays properly. I’ve checked the USB port it is normally plugged into, by plugging in my other X-drive and that displays properly. What’s even stranger is the fact that when I unplug or plug in the Blue X-drive, the computer makes the normal acknowledgment sound as it does with any external drive. A restart has not helped. If possible, could I please have some assistance with this issue? Thank you.

Connect that drive to your PC.

1

Right click your Start Button and open Disk Management.

Expand the bottom pane so all drives appear on that pane.

Please provide a screenshot of that window.

2

Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.

Expand the Disk Drives section.

Please provide a screenshot of that full window.
