How to enter a new Single User Login password?

I have sucessfully assigned a Passkey to my wife's Microsoft account and have completed most of the Intune part including Authentication via authenticator. Now the computer asks me to REGISTER via a Stanford Single login. I have tried several times using my wife's regular exchange password but it does not work with the single Stanford Login. Can you tell me or send me a link to change my wife's single user login password so I can then use that to register herMicrosoft login?? Please.
