I can't create a blank new presentation.

When I clicked on the icon, it shows the message: "Couldn't open this document. Something went wrong. Please try again." And this isn't the first time it happened. I signed in last month and this error has continued ever since. I went to Overdrive to check on errors, but it shows nothing about it. What should I do?

    Hello,

    Are you using PowerPoint in a web browser, or the installed PowerPoint app on Windows?

    If you are using the installed app, press Windows+R, enter powerpnt /safe, and test a blank presentation. If it still fails, run an Online Repair by following

    Please also confirm whether existing presentations can be opened normally.
