Error in Outlook for Microsoft 365 MSO when "Save as.." an email coming from Gmail

Do I understand correctly?

You have two GMail accounts added to your Classic Outlook for windows.

When you view a message received on either of the GMail accounts (in either the Reading Pane or when opened as a separate window) you see all the body of the email. e.g.

You do File -> Save As (.msg) and save the email on your local PC.

You close the original message in Outlook and from a Windows Explorer you double-click on the saved MSG file.

This opens the saved MSG in Outlook, but it does not contain all of the body of the original.

1 -- Does this only happen for large GMails?

2 -- Does it happen for every large GMail? Or only some?

3 -- Do Gmails from different senders have the same problem?

I confirm I have 2 Gmail account plus 1 account Aruba Italia with my host domain @ingmuscedrastudio.com plus the Outllook present account.

The problem, you have described correclty (that is I loose content when I re-open the email saved as .msg), happens for any email coming from external gmails towards any account of mine (so either if I receive gmails on my gmails accounts either if I receive gmails on ingmuscedrastudio.com). The text resulting is halfed. Also with short contents (brief emails). The problem is present only since 1 week. Same problem with different senders.

I've tried now to send myself from my gmail account an email to ingmuscedrastudio.com and saving the email,but the problem doesn't appear, the saving is regular.

I try today to save it and the result is: the text is corrupted in the middle.

A couple of things to try.

After each step, save an email as a new MSG file and open the new MSG file. i.e. Don't open a previously saved MSG file in case the problem is with the Save and not the MSG file display.

Dear, during the holidays I've succeded in trying to solve the problem. I've solved the error by switching from Outlook Classic to the new version of Outlook. The repair was not the solution for the error.
