unable to use Onedrive scanner on Iphone. The camera does not point downward

I am trying to use "OneDrive Scanner". I have reinstalled OneDrive on my iPhone. I have granted the camera's permissions to OneDrive. The camera will not look down. It always looks at my face. Is there a solution for this issue? I am using iOS 26.5.Asif

I chose document but camera did not chang. I can only take a picture of my face.

Could you please share a screenshot of how the software looks please when you select the document option, as it should not have any option to switch the camera on that screen, since it only uses the main one for this

I was unable to change the direction of the camera with the button on top right hand. I hav tried Document option to use the scan feature . I have checked if camera is connected to OneDrive .

Sorry to hear you’re having this issue. Could you please confirm whether you have the Document option selected at the bottom of the screen?

If you are using the Photo or Video option, you should see a button in the upper-left corner that allows you to switch between the front and rear cameras. If you choose Document at the bottom, you should only have the back camera option.

I have selected the "Document" option, but the camera is still facing forward, and I cannot switch to the back. The switch to do that is on the right side of the screen and not the left, as mentioned by you.
