A family of Microsoft products that enable users to capture, organize, and reuse notes electronically.
Hi Alex,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your description, I understand that you have switched to the new Outlook. However, you do not see your Outlook Notes appearing in OneNote.
According to my research, Outlook Notes do not have a direct synchronization mechanism with OneNote.
However, these notes are not synchronized to OneNote. In reality, they are synchronized to Apple Notes through your Outlook/Exchange account and may also appear on devices that support this integration.
At the same time, please rest assured that these notes will not be lost, as they are stored in the cloud.
Next, please help me verify the following:
- Please access the OneNote web version and check whether your Outlook Notes appear there.
- If the Outlook Notes do appear in OneNote on the web, the next step would be to sign out and sign back in to both OneNote and Outlook to refresh the session. When you sign in again, any newly synced data should be downloaded and synchronized with your account.
- If the OneNote web version does not display your Outlook Notes, you will need to manually copy and paste the content from Outlook Notes into OneNote.
Additionally, please rest assured that, according to Microsoft's roadmap, support for Outlook Notes in New Outlook is expected to be introduced in the future. You can refer to the following documentation for more information:
Outlook for Mac features | Microsoft Support
