I hope you are doing well.

I would like to request your assistance in updating my legal first name on my Microsoft Certification profile.

I recently noticed that my legal first name on my account is incorrect and needs to be updated to match my government-issued identification. This update is very important because I am planning to take a Microsoft certification exam through Pearson VUE, and I understand that the name on my Microsoft Certification profile must exactly match my legal identification. Otherwise, PearsonVUE will not allow me to sit for the exam.

Additionally, my exam voucher is due to expire soon, so I would greatly appreciate your assistance in processing this name change as soon as possible to avoid any impact on my scheduled certification exam.

    I have added more details. I already followed the instructions on this Microsoft page, but it redirected me to the blue screen that I have attached in this post.
