AI Skills Fest 2026 - Did not receive Pearson VUE voucher after July 10

Hi, i am seeking assistance regarding the Microsoft AI skills Fest 2026 certification voucher. I successfully completed an eligible AI skills Fest learning path within the required timeframe and submitted the voucher claim form before the deadline. I also received my Credly badge, which confirms my completion.

However, as of 11 July 2026, i have not received the Pearson VUE certification voucher. I have already checked my inbox, spam and junk and promotion folders, but there is no voucher email. Could someone please verify the status of my voucher or advise me on the next steps?
