Poor response with co pilot

I’m requesting that the credits used for the formatting task in word Yeo be reinstated.

The response did not follow my formatting instructions, which meant I had to manually reformat the document myself. Although the output was unusable in the format requested, credits were still deducted.

I appreciate that mistakes can happen, but in this case the service did not deliver what was requested, and I believe it’s reasonable for the credits used on that response to be reissued.

Could you please review the conversation and refund the credits used for that request?
