how to jave a dark screen on all websites and pages due to cataracts

i find it hard to see due to cataracts i have managed to change my microsoft page to get to websites then the actual websites go back to bright white i hope you can help also i am not very good with technology my usual things to do is emails and browsing anything technical i do not understand. thank you

    In Microsoft Edge, type edge://flags/#enable-force-dark into the address bar and press Enter.

    Find Auto Dark Mode for Web Contents, then change it to Enabled.

    Finally, click Restart at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.
