Edge extension program enrollment blocked by trust check — reference 715-123225

Hello,

I'm trying to enroll in the Microsoft Edge extensions developer program

(Individual account) at partner.microsoft.com to publish a free browser

extension. Every attempt is stopped by the automated trust check with the

message: "Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation

and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked."

The block is tied to the account, not the form data — the same reference number

comes back on every attempt across several days, with a fully completed profile,

so I cannot get past enrollment.
