Completed AI Skills Fest 2026 Requirements but Voucher Not Received

Hello Microsoft Support,

I hope you are doing well.

I participated in Microsoft AI Skills Fest 2026 and completed all the required steps for the free certification voucher.

I registered for the event using my Microsoft account.
I completed one of the official AI Skills Fest learning playlists with 100% completion before the deadline.
I submitted the voucher claim form after completing the playlist.

However, as of today (July 11, 2026), I have not received the Pearson VUE voucher email. I have checked my Inbox, Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders, but I could not find any voucher email.

Could you please verify the status of my voucher and let me know if any additional information is required? I can provide any other details needed for verification.
