Hello,
I successfully completed 100% of the Microsoft AI Skills Fest challenge and submitted the official claim form prior to the deadline. However, I have not received my 100% discount voucher email from Pearson VUE.
I attempted to open a ticket via the Microsoft Credentials Support portal, but I am receiving a tenant permission error ("You don't have access to this resource") and cannot submit a ticket.
Kindly help resolve this voucher issue.
