    Dear @Viraaj Mishra

This error is usually caused by a corrupted Office installation, a problematic PowerPoint add-in, an Office update issue, or a damaged user profile. Here are some steps I recommend you try:

Step 1: Test PowerPoint in Safe Mode

Press Windows + R, type powerpnt /safe, and press Enter > Try opening PowerPoint again. For more information, please refer to Open Office apps in safe mode on a Windows PC

    Step 2: Disable add‑ins

Go to File > Options > Add-ins > At the bottom, select COM Add-ins from the “Manage” dropdown and click Go > Uncheck all add-ins and click OK > Restart PowerPoint and open again. If it starts working, you can re-enable add-ins one at a time to identify the one causing the problem

Step 3: Repair your Office installation

If the issue persists even after disabling add-ins, sometimes restarting it will fix the problem. If that doesn't work, you can try repairing it. When you're done, you might need to restart your computer.

For more information, please refer to this article: Repair an Office application

If the issue persists after that, I recommend you uninstall Office completely, restart your computer, and then reinstall it using the account associated with your subscription. You can follow the Microsoft Official Instructions here:

1/ Uninstall Microsoft 365 or Office from a PC - Microsoft Support

2/ Download, install, or reinstall Microsoft 365 or Office 2024 on a PC or Mac - Microsoft Support

Note: Please understand that as a forum moderator, my role is to provide general guidance and troubleshooting support. I don’t have access to internal systems or backend tools, and I appreciate your understanding of these limits.

I hope the information shared helps point you in the right direction. Please try the steps above and let me know if they work. If not, we can continue working together to narrow this down.

The first response may not always resolve the issue right away, but with your help and more details, we can work toward a solution.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I'm looking forward for your reply.
