Locked out of Azure DevOps org after connecting to Microsoft Entra ID — need ownership recovery

I connected my previously MSA-backed Azure DevOps organization to Microsoft Entra ID using the documented process. Since then, no identity can access the org, and the "Claim Ownership" flow never appears even though I hold the Azure DevOps Administrator role on a native tenant member and have disabled the old MSA owner. I believe the org's owner record needs a backend reset. I have an active Developer support plan.

Can an Azure DevOps engineer reach out privately so I can verify ownership and provide the org/tenant identifiers to complete a backend ownership recovery?

Hello Collin Anderson,

The issue pertains to a loss of administrative access to the Azure DevOps organization after it was connected to Microsoft Entra ID, leaving no user with sufficient permissions to manage the organization.

To resolve this, guided you to create a new internal user account and involved Azure DevOps engineering team to add the newly created user to the Project Collection Administrators (PCA) group from the backend. After the backend changes were completed, the new user was able to access the Azure DevOps organization successfully, restoring administrative access.
