Urgent: Account Blocked from Booking AZ-204 Exam After Failed Payment Attempt

Dear Azure Certification / Pearson VUE Support Team,

I am writing to urgently request assistance regarding an issue I encountered while attempting to book my AZ-204: Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure certification exam.

During my initial registration attempt, my payment card was temporarily inactive, which caused the transaction to fail. I have since resolved the issue with my bank, and the card is now fully active and ready for use.

However, the registration portal is currently preventing me from making a new booking or completing the payment. It appears my profile or the booking process has been locked due to the initial accidental payment failure.

Could you please review my account status and lift this restriction so that I can successfully schedule and pay for my AZ-204 exam?

My Account Details:

Full Name: [Laith Mohammad Mahmoud Alhamad]

Registered Email: [******@outlook.com]

Thank you for your prompt support and understanding. I look forward to your guidance on how to proceed.

Best regards.

Are you seeing ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK in the URL when you try and schedule the exam?

ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK is typically because your account has been blocked by Pearson Vue which normally happens because of multiple failed payments. You need to contact Pearson Vue support using the link on https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport to get the block lifted.
