Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

I noticed you posted under Outlook Classic for Windows. To help narrow down the issue:

  1. What type of account is this? Is it Outlook.com, Gmail, Yahoo, or another IMAP/POP account? If it is an IMAP account, the Sent folder may just need to be subscribed again in Outlook.

In the meantime, if you haven’t already already:

  • Sign in to that same email account through webmail, such as https://outlook.live.com/mail or your email provider’s website. Do you still see the Sent or Sent Items folder there?
  • In Classic Outlook, check the full folder list, not just Favorites. Press Ctrl + 6 or go to the folder pane and expand the account. Sometimes the Sent folder is only removed from Favorites.
  • In Outlook, go to File > Options > Mail, then under Save messages, make sure Save copies of messages in the Sent Items folder is checked.

If issue still persists, please provide more details about the issue by answering my questions.

Thanks!
