Hi Corrina Ott

I understand you're trying to remove the Teams link from an existing calendar invite without cancelling the meeting.

To narrow this down, could you please clarify:

  1. Are you the organizer of the meeting, or are you an attendee who received the invitation?
  2. Was the meeting originally created as a Microsoft Teams meeting, or was a Teams join link added later?
  3. When you open the event in Outlook.com then edit, do you see a Teams Meeting toggle/button, or only the Teams join information within the meeting details?

The answers will help determine whether the Teams information is part of the meeting configuration itself or simply content within the invitation.

You don't need to cancel the meeting. Just open the calendar invite, remove the Microsoft Teams meeting link (or select Remove Teams Meeting if that option is available), and then click Send Update. This will keep the meeting on everyone's calendar while removing only the Teams link.
