Can I downgrade from windows 11 home insider preview build 29617.1000.re_prerelease.260617-1620 to stable win 11 with ISO mountible drive dowloaded from official Microsoft site performing Clean installation (keep nothing option) without USB drive

When you run setup.exe inside preview build 29617 and you see dialog with blue line "Change how Setup downloads updates" clik that link and select "Not right now" to avoid downloading updates at that point.
When downgrade is completed run disk cleanup tool to remove Windows.old folder.
Remember: This kind of downgrade may leave some insider settings and/or data to EFI and/or Recovery partitions.
I have no option to direcly select windows.old folders that I can see in C: drive there are 2 of them
(nevermind found it needed to click on clean up system files and it showed up)
OK, I get what AI is saying, but that
is removing files, apps, docs, etc.,
that is not removing all System files
and all partitions. To Insiders doing a
clean install is removing everything.
If you just wish to downgrade then the
advice given should be OK.

all your partitions get condensed to Unallocated.
The OS you want to install has to be on a USB.

The Windows installer executable (setup.exe) inside a standard Microsoft ISO file contains all the instructions needed to format a drive. When you mount the ISO file and select "Keep Nothing", you are explicitly forcing a clean install. [1, 2]
