Provision a Postgres Flexible Server resource in GWC.

I'm getting this error message "Subscription 'Pay-As-You-Go (BWP)' is not allowed to provision in 'Germany West Central'" when provisioning a Postgres Flexible Server resource.

Hi! “Subscription is not allowed to provision in Germany West Central” indicates a subscription-offer or regional access restriction, not a PostgreSQL configuration mistake. Confirm that Microsoft.DBforPostgreSQL is registered and test the same deployment in another supported region. If Germany West Central is mandatory, open a subscription-management support request asking whether that region can be enabled for the Pay-As-You-Go offer.

Request region access

Go to Create a Support Request

Choose: Service and subscription limits (quotas)

Select: Azure Database for MySQL Flexible Server

Under Additional details:

Choose Region access
Select required region and cores

Submit the request.
