Enabling MS Planner Premium Plans for Production usage

Good day!

Currently in our M365 tenant the licensed business users use Planner Premium via the Teams app.

But we learnt that Planner Premium opens by default in the ‘Personal Productivity’ environment which is restricted by organization policies and does not permit usage of standard connectors. As per MS advisory:

"the default environment is designed for personal productivity," that every employee has access to it, and that business‑critical apps left there are "prone to business continuity risks" — with the explicit recommendation to move high‑value workloads out of the default environment.

Hence the below queries:

How can we progress to set up a dedicated 'Planner Premium (via Teams)' environment for such licensed users?
How can we ensure this dedicated environment then becomes the default environment that users can access from within Teams?
Can we copy or move any existing Premium plans from the ‘Personal Productivity’ to the dedicated environment?
Is any specific action needed to ensure proper backup of the premium plans in the dedicated environment?
