I have my private account - just using it. For some reason I do not know it has been integrated into a tenant, which I never used, never paid for nor activly applied for. This causes several issues, caused by the tenants configuration. However, this tenant, that I only just found out about when I had significant problems with logging into the account on a different computers, does not have an admin and it prevents me from leaving. So I am stuck.

MS Support answered:

"Issue: you have reported an issue that one of your private account was linked to an organization for the domain jpberlin.de but they can no longer remove themselves from it.

I have reviewed the case verbatim, based on the issue you are facing, the user needs to be removed from the tenant: f0067862-7bf7-41c0-b331-2a824a9a6efc which needs an assistance from the Microsoft Entra team.

The issue you are requesting support for requires Azure Technical Support which isn’t available with a basic support plan. I am unable to find a technical support plan associated to your account. To get technical support you will need to purchase a technical support plan and then file a new request using your technical support entitlement.

You can review available support plans here - https://azure.microsoft.com/support/plans/ As there is no further action on this case, I will be closing it now. If you have any questions, feel free to reply and I will be happy to assist."

As already stated to the support, I never had any paid account or accepted any paid services for Entra or any tenant on this email. Neither do I have any idea why this account is part of this Entra Service, nor did I ever use such service. Therefore, having me removed from a free service I did not order nor control can not be subject to the payment of any additional fee. To be honest I do not even have an idea what Entra is.

Also under GDPR Microsoft is obligated to remove my personal information from that service if requested without a fee. Therefore I would kindly ask you to involve whatever support team is necessary to remove me from any such tenant. I am not interested in making this a legal case, but to force a customer to pay a fee in order to be removed from a free service, the user did not even order, is a situation where I assume that customer interest should prevail, even if the legal situation was not clear.
