Wifi keeps disconnecting by itself

Hey um i need help with my computer because the wifi keeps disconnecting by itself idk why i reconnect it and it says conneccted but then it disconnected it by itself it never happen before but now its acting like this. I uninstall the wifi driver and reinstall it and still not working. The model is "HP EliteBook Revolve 810 G2" and the wifi driver is the "Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260. The wifi router is the 2.4Ghz and the 5Ghz setting on it. idk why it keeps doing this but hopefully it gonna fix this by giving it a answer. and the OS is Windows 11

I like to add more information that it didnt happen when we have internet providers of atat and xfinity but we switched to t-mobile because of the price rising and it based on 5G Gateway and this happened idk why but hopefully you give me solutions thank you.

I noticed that HP does not provide a Windows 11 Wi-Fi driver for the Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 on the HP EliteBook Revolve 810 G2 support page. Since Intel has also ended support for this adapter, this could indicate a compatibility issue between the legacy wireless adapter, the Windows 11 Insider Preview build, and the T-Mobile 5G Gateway.

At this point, I'd recommend checking whether the same behavior occurs on a stable release of Windows 11 or, if possible, testing with a compatible USB Wi-Fi adapter to determine whether the built-in Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 is the source of the compatibility issue.

it's already turn off by defualt and i wanna add more information from the previosuly answer you send me it doensnt disconnect the hotspot but the t-mobiole internet the signal says excellent to weak and excellent and weak ever 1 sec.

A few more questions

Does this happen on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, or only one of them?

Is your T-Mobile gateway using a single Wi-Fi name (SSID) for both bands, or do they have separate names?

Are other devices connected to the T-Mobile gateway experiencing the same fluctuating signal or disconnects?

If possible, I'd also recommend temporarily moving the gateway closer to the laptop or to a location with a stronger cellular signal. You may also try moving your laptop to within a few feet (about 1–2 meters) of the T-Mobile 5G Gateway and use it for a few minutes. Kindly check whether the Wi-Fi connection remains stable or if it continues to disconnect and the signal strength still fluctuates between Excellent and Weak.

it's using both bands of 2.4GHz and 5 GHz bands, like my other devices like my 2015 chromebook and my macbook and iphone not expercing fluctuating signal or disconnects i move the gateway to my room for 14 days and still expercing that problem

I use both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands of the gateway and i moved the wifi router to my room for 2 weeks and still expercing the problem when i move it closer and it doesnt not experience the problem with other devices like the 2015 chromebook and my phone and my macbook

To help me narrow down the exact cause, could you tell me

Does the Wi-Fi disconnect on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, or only one of them?

Are other devices connected to the T-Mobile gateway experiencing random disconnects, or is it only your HP EliteBook?

Does the connection stay stable if you connect the laptop to a different Wi-Fi network, such as a mobile hotspot?

In the meantime, you can try the steps below.

Open Device Manager, expand Network adapters

Right click Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 > Properties > Power Management, then uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
