Moving from an Individual to a Company developer account, what happens to my published app, its ratings and reviews?

Hi, I'm about to publish my first app on the Store, a small free tool that bulk-deletes duplicate files on a NAS (nasranger.com), and I'm starting with the free Individual account. I'm going through the Store mostly because signing outside it as an individual in the EU is basically a dead end for me: SmartScreen flags every unsigned installer, and Trusted Signing isn't available to individuals outside the US/Canada.

Here's what's bugging me before I commit. I'll probably register a business in a few months, and from what I read you can't just switch an Individual account to a Company one, you have to open a brand new Company account. So my real question is what happens to the app at that point. Can it actually be moved over to the new account, or do I have to resubmit it from scratch as a new product? And if it can be moved, do the ratings, reviews and existing users follow, or does everything reset to zero? I'm also not sure whether the Package Family Name changes in the process, because if it does I guess my current users wouldn't get updates anymore.

Basically I don't want to spend a year building up reviews on the Individual account and then lose all of it the day I go pro. Has anyone here actually been through this? Thanks.
