Please try the following steps:
Open the Family Safety app directly and make sure you are signed in with the same Microsoft account used in Roblox.
Force‑close Roblox and open it again.
Restart your iPhone or iPad.
Note: Force‑closing Roblox normally does not delete your game data because progress is saved on Roblox’s servers.
However, depending on the timing, you may experience minor rollback or temporary issues with items or progress.
