The Documents tab shows files from a SharePoint document folder. It is likely that you do not have the privileges in SharePoint to delete files from that folder. You need to contact your own IT support.

Trying to delete a document/image from the "Documents" folder/tab apparently is impossible.
I select the individual file I want to delete, select the trashcan/delete icon at which time the app asks if "I'm Sure" to which I "Ok" the deletion, then the screen goes into an endless loop of progress arrow spinning like a top which locks up the screen and never does anything.
I then refresh the screen and it doesn't successfully delete the selected file for deletion. I then try the same thing on the App on my phone with the same results, failure.
Is there a secret??? Is this a glitch that someone is aware of and is working on a fix for in some future update???

The "Documents" tab I'm referring to is in this Microsoft Dynamics 365 app that we are now running at my Dealership and we are all trying to learn to use. There is so much going on here it's like trying to get a sip of water from a fire hydrant. From the instructions above I can't get past "Settings", so this is probably something I have to go through internal IT to figure out, apparently, I should have started there first instead of the readily available "Help" icon in the app. Apologies, it seems deleting a file should be as easy as adding it in the first place.
There is a separate community for Microsoft Dynamics at https://community.dynamics.com/ . You should post there instead. Good luck. :-)
Hi!
I assume that "Documents" folder is linked to your computer, right?
Do you have this issue with another OneDrive folder, such as Desktop?
Does the problem happen specifically with one image and one document, or with ALL of them inside the Documents folder?
