Impossible upload picture in Galaxy A16 with M365 and Agent

I've have an Galaxy A16 mobile and using M365 I can upload photos if I'm in the general chat, but if using an Agent, it is impossible to upload a picture.
If I try the same in an Iphone (M365 + Agent created by me) i have no problem.
¿Can you help me?
