FIX microsoft defender antivirus (offline scan). error code: 0x80070032 error description: the request is not supported.

I have been trying to run an offline scan with Windows Defender.

I have run scannow and dism and both work fine;

I have no other antivirus.

So I cannot find why this will not work but when I run Reagent C I get:
