I am developing an application that relies on discovering files shared with the logged-in user. The legacy /insights/shared endpoint is being retired, and modern alternatives like sharedWithMe are also facing deprecation notices.

The suggested transition to the Search API with queryString: "sharedWithMe:true" does not yield identical behavior or performance for cross-tenant/large-scale environments.

Could the product team clarify the official, long-term architectural pathway to replicate user-centric shared file aggregation without relying on endpoints slated for removal?

From my findings, I am not aware of any publicly documented one-to-one replacement for the deprecated/me/drive/sharedWithMe API that fully reproduces the same user-centric shared content aggregation experience. Some Microsoft documentation and community discussions point developers toward Microsoft Search APIs, but I have not found documentation describing an equivalent architecture that guarantees identical behavior, results, or performance.
