I am unable to use Word, PowerPoint, and Excel because the applications are prompting me to activate them. I have been using my school account for my studies without any issues until now, but suddenly this problem has arisen. Here are the details of my license; is there any way to get them working normally again?

    Dear @Đường Thị Ngọc Hà,

If Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are asking for activation and showing "View only" mode, this usually indicates that the Microsoft 365 license associated with your school account is no longer being recognized or is no longer active. When this occurs, Office can remain installed but will only allow viewing and printing documents, not creating or editing them. In this case:

1.Could you please provide a screenshot of the activation message you receive?

2.Could you please sign in to your account using the following link and check whether your Microsoft 365 subscription is still active?

This page will show you information such as your subscription type, billing status, renewal date, and any linked licenses.

If your school previously provided Microsoft 365 Education, it is also possible that your eligibility or license assignment has changed and may need to be reviewed by your school's IT administrator.

I’ll continue working with you until we get this resolved. Please feel free to reply with the requested details, and I’ll provide the next steps right away.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
