Secure boot issues + computer shutting down for no reason.

Hello,

when I turned on my laptop this morning, secure boot failed. I tried resetting the secure boot from the BIOS, it would not work. My laptop just won't start the operating system unless I disable secure boot.

Then, when I'm using the operating system without secure boot, it just shuts off randomly.

When I have secure boot on, the BIOS display an error mentionning SBAT.

When I ask Gemini, it says that there was something in the last update that probably updated a driver and now there is a key mismatch for secure boot. I tried uninstalling the latest update, but I don't think that's the problem...

Can someone help me?

Leaving this here in case someone else with an MSI product gets the same issue.

I contacted MSI because the solution of reflashing the BIOS suggested by Brio wasn't working.

And they told me they have the fix at https://www.msi.com/faq/faq-11370

I followed the steps and it worked. No more Secure Boot problems. Now I have to see if the laptop keeps shutting down or not...

Hi ,

I'm sorry about the situation; it is possible that your laptop failed to update the Secure Boot keys—preventing it from booting up—or that the keys were lost and need to be reconfigured.

Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.
