System restore failed while restoring directory from restore point. Now I can't open certain windows apps?
"Details:

Source: AppxStaging
Destination: %ProgramFiles%\WindowsApps
An unspecified error occurred during System Restore. (0x80070070)"
I can no longer use snipping tool or open notepad. File explorer still works just fine, same for settings and calculator. The apps still seem to be there and taking up space on my drive, but it's like my computer can't find them.
I'm using Windows 11. I tried restoring it twice, once being a restore to the point before I initiated the system restore like it recommended on the prompt, but it still issued the same error. I'm not used to navigating system restores, so I may have done something wrong. How can I fix this?
This is my first time on this forum (or any forum like this for that matter), and it's been a rough week, so my brain is a little fried. I'm using the auto-tag option and hoping the one I select is correct. I apologize sincerely if it isn't.
