Connecting iphone to PC

My iphone is not asking me to trust my computer and it's not showing as connected to import pictures from the iphone to the PC, what do I need to do? I have already reset my iphone.

    Are you trying to connect the iPhone using a USB cable? If so, when you connect it, does the phone appear under “This PC” on your computer?

    Have you tried using a different USB cable?

    Does the iPhone show that it is connected or charging when plugged in?

    Have you tested the iPhone on a different PC?
