Microsoft KB5095093 Update / CapabilityAccessManager.db-wal issue

Is the Update to resolve KB5095093 available yet? I am not on 25H2 (OS Build 26200.8737. I am on 25H2 Build 2600.8655. When checking for the Optional Update to resolve the CapabilityAccessManager.db-wal issue, I am told I have no optional updates. I have checked the Microsoft Update Catalog as well looking for KB5095093 .

Update does tell me there is an Update available but does not tell me what the Update is for other than a Preview.

Is the Update to resolve KB5095093 available yet?

KB5095093 is a Preview update. Please turn on the toggle "Get the latest updates as soon as they're available" in Windows Update settings.

(or)

You may wait for the upcoming (July 14) cumulative update, as AW mentioned.
