Need help getting verification code for GroupMe

I tried signing in to my GroupMe account yesterday. I had option before to get verification code via email. It's no longer there.

How do I get verification code now? Can you send me one than I can get back up code?

I signed up with my son's smart phone and he lives far away.

GroupMe is used for my Bible group and I need to be able to sign in.

I contacted your support page on Twitter, but no one contacted me.

Please help me

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    Please check for a link that says Try another way when attempting to log in. If it shows you can click it and it will show all available options to have a code sent.

    If you do not see this then you may want to get in touch with your son so he can read the code to you while you try logging in.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    When trying to sign in check to see if there's a option to 'Choose Another Way'. If you see that then click on it and it would show the email option if it was listed. If it was not then you may want to get in touch with your son and have him read the code to you while you sign in. Once done be sure to add your email address as an option to receive codes.
