new storage subscription not evident

I have purchased more OneDrive storage (2 days ago) and cannot see it when I log in.

I can see my previous smaller storage subscription so have cancelled this payment in my apple account.

I'm not sure that the large amount of storage is being recognised even though I've paid one year in advance.

    Hi there!

If you've already waited 2 days, the storage upgrade should normally be visible by now. According to Microsoft, storage upgrades can take up to 24 hours to appear after purchasing additional OneDrive storage. Since it has been longer than that, a few things are worth checking.

    1. Verify you're signed in to the correct Microsoft account - If the subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store, it may have been associated with a different Microsoft account than the one you're currently using. This is a common reason why the new storage doesn't appear.

You can check your active subscriptions here:

    Microsoft Services & Subscriptions

And check your storage allocation here:

    OneDrive Manage Storage

    2. If purchased through Apple, try restoring the purchase - Sometimes App Store purchases don't sync properly with OneDrive immediately. Signing out of the OneDrive app and signing back in can help, and on Apple devices there may also be a Restore Purchase option. Try clicking this and check the OneDrive again.
