My App Service Domain was unintentionally deleted

Hi my app service domain was intentionally deleted and put on hold status. I cannot recreate/repurchase it from Azure Portal using the same domain name. Can I have contact with support engineer to have this restored, please?

I understand that Your App Service Domain was deleted. The domain recovery depends primarily on when it was deleted.

If the domain was deleted fewer than seven days ago, the deletion process has not yet started. In this case, you can attempt to purchase the same domain name again from the Azure portal using the same subscription. Be sure to enter the exact domain name in the search box. You won't be charged again for the domain.

Since you're seeing the domain in a hold state and are unable to repurchase it through the Azure portal, Please share the below details over Private message:

The domain name

Subscription ID

Resource group name

Approximate date and time of deletion

As discussed, if an App Service Domain was deleted less than 30 days ago and has not expired, it can typically be restored through the soft-delete recovery process.
