I am the verified Entra ID Global Admin for this tenant, but my account lacks the Partner Center Manager role to view User Management.

Hi there,

I am the verified Entra ID Global Admin for this tenant, but my account lacks the Partner Center Manager role to view User Management. My team is trying to publish our desktop app to Windows and I am the global admin of our Azure account. However, when I log into Partner portal, I do not see the User Management tab. When I go to view my permissions, I see the image I've attached. I also do not see a Tenants tab. I need help from Microsoft support to sort this out so I can successfully access the correct pages in my Partner Portal to be able to assign one of my Eng team members the necessary permissions to log in and add our app.

I would really appreciate if you could help us resolve this ASAP as we need to publish our app for an upcoming launch.
