Why has my Copilot Agent stopped creating documents

I had an agent to create position descriptions set up - it was using the template provided, creating the documents, with the correct naming convention and meta tag columns. Working perfectly - created 6 or 7 documents. Then 2 hours later, it stops generating the documents. What's happened?
