Case #42170291 sc-900 Exam did not appear/show

Hi there.

On the 3rd of July 2026, I was scheduled to write my sc-900 exam. The exam page did not load (kept timing out with a "took too long to load" message), where as the exam center's IT support said the disruption is county wide.

Pearson Vue just told me their systems could not pick up any irregularities, yet my score report states I got 0 out of 700 on my exam (to show it didn't load on the exam center PC). I please need help in re-scheduling my exam and actually write it.
