how do i contact outlook.com i did a remote thing with mano and he was unable to fix my issue and said to contact outlook.com it takes you back to microsoft now what i also requested a phone call from a live person that didn't happen either

need help with a phone call i already tried microsoft remote assist no help was told to contact outlook nut is just takes me back to microsoft very frustrated

I'm not sure exactly who you are trying to contact. The normal way to contact outlook.com support is via the in-app Help. Is this what you have already tried?
In App Support - New Outlook for Windows or Outlook Web
- Logon to https://outlook.live.com/
- From the main menu: Help -> ? Help
- {This should open the Help side panel}
- Search Help -> {Your problem} and press Enter
- Still need help? [Yes]
- If you get "We're here to help": Tell us your problem -> {Your problem, again} [Get Help]
- [Sign In] {Use any Outlook/Microsoft account}
- Choose a support option -> Chat with a support agent in your web browser
