Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Yes, you can move the files from OneDrive to your iPad, but please be careful. Once you delete them from OneDrive, they may also be removed from other devices that sync with the same OneDrive account.

To do this, open the OneDrive app on your iPad, select the files, then choose Download or Make Available Offline. For a real local copy, you can also use the Files app and save them under On My iPad instead of OneDrive.

"Use OneDrive on Android and iOS devices" https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/onedrive/use-onedrive-on-android-and-ios-devices

After confirming the files open from On My iPad, you can go back to OneDrive and delete them from there.

Just to confirm, are you trying to move all OneDrive files, or only selected files/folders? Also, does your iPad have enough free storage for those files?
