    Also, are you having trouble connecting the devices via Bluetooth?

    To connect your Mobile device to a PC via Bluetooth -

    1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned ON on both devices.
    2. On your Windows 10 PC, go to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Add a new device.
    3. Select your Mobile device in the list and click Connect.
    4. Your device will be connected to your computer.
