AI-901 should appear on the Microsoft Learn profile, but there are a few common reasons it may be missing and specific steps to fix it.

    1. Allow up to 24–48 hours for sync
For most non‑beta exams, results can take up to 24 hours (sometimes 24–48 hours, especially over weekends) to appear under the Certifications tab of the Learn profile.
    2. Confirm the correct Learn account is being used
Follow the guidance for missing certifications:
      • Verify that the email/account used to sign in to Microsoft Learn is the same one used to register and sit the AI‑901 exam.
      • If multiple Microsoft accounts exist (personal, work, or school), sign out and try each one at the Learn profile until finding the one that shows the certification.
      • The congratulations email is sent to the Contact Email in the Learn profile, which might differ from the sign‑in account. If the link in that email does not show the certification, the exam may be associated with a different profile.
    3. Check the correct place in the Learn profile
      • Go to the Learn profile Credentials page: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab (from context).
      • Look under Certifications and also under Past exams as described in the score‑report instructions.
      • If AI‑901 appears under Past exams, use View details on provider site to go to Pearson VUE and view the score report.
    4. Use the Missing Certifications guidance
If AI‑901 still does not appear anywhere on the Learn profile after confirming the correct account and waiting the sync window, follow the steps in the Missing Exams or Certifications article to troubleshoot:
      • Review the credential requirements to ensure the correct exam was passed.
      • Confirm again that the correct Learn profile is in use and that no Certiport account was involved (AI‑901 taken via Certiport would not sync to Learn).
    5. Escalate to Microsoft Credentials Support
If the certification is still missing after these checks, open a case with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can fix the account linkage and add the missing exam/certification to the profile. Use the Contact Support link in the Missing Certifications article and submit a support request with exam details and the congratulations email.

Once the certification appears in the Learn profile, the score report can be accessed via the Past exams section (using View details on provider site) and the certification can be shared from the Certifications area or via badges/transcript as needed.
