My published durable add-on cannot be purchased. Every attempt fails with

PEX-CatalogAvailabilityDataNotFound in the native Store purchase dialog

(StoreContext.RequestPurchaseAsync).

App: B-ARK Hub, Store ID 9PK8BL2PVJJ7

Add-on: barkhub_premium, Store ID 9PP4K2701N0W (durable)

Seller ID: 94911560

Add-on status in Partner Center: "In the Microsoft Store" since 07/03/2026

Already verified: pricing set (EUR 4.49), all 240 markets, visibility enabled, stop

acquisition = Never; app installed from the Store (not sideloaded); wsreset and full

reinstall did not help.

Support channels tried: Partner Center support form (no Apps and Games workspace

available — Windows Developer Support Copilot confirmed this is a known issue);

reportapp@microsoft.com (acknowledged, then redirected to aka.ms/storesupport);

Services Hub link (redirects to Engage Center, which individual developers cannot

access).

This appears to be a catalog ingestion/availability failure on the Store backend.

Could someone from Microsoft trace the catalog propagation state for this add-on?
