AI-901 Exam Wrongly Revoked by Proctor - Request Voucher Protection

Hello Microsoft Certification Team,

My Azure AI Fundamentals AI-901 exam was wrongly revoked during an online proctored session via Pearson VUE.

What happened:

1. Before the exam started, I got up once to close the door as there was noise. The proctor warned me.
2. During the exam, I was looking at my laptop screen and using the mouse. My eyes were on the screen which is aligned with the webcam.
3. The proctor said "look at webcam" and then immediately revoked my exam saying "not looking at webcam".

I was not cheating. I had no materials, phone, or second person. It was just normal exam behavior looking at the screen.

Pearson VUE Status: Under Review

Request:

1. Please review the exam recording.
2. Please reinstate my exam attempt.
3. Most importantly, please ensure my voucher is NOT forfeited and issue me a free retake voucher if needed.

This was a proctor error, not a candidate violation.
