I can understand the frustration caused by the issue. Please remove the mail profile and check:
- Close Outlook completely.
- Open Control Panel and change View by to Large icons or Small icons.
- Select Mail (Microsoft Outlook).
- Click Show Profiles.
- Select the Outlook profile you want to remove.
- Click Remove, then confirm the deletion.
- Click OK to save the changes.
