cant download from browser,cant delete some files and cant view older pictures

if i am trying to download anything from the browser my system is automatically restarting and if i delete some files like files in desktop and downloads it is getting restarted and i am not able to view the older pictures i uploaded some pictures for reference while it is restarting it is giving (stop code :INVALID_DATA_ACCESS_TRAP(0X4)) User's image

If your system is crashing to a stop code :INVALID_DATA_ACCESS_TRAP(0X4) error.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

Please do not upload a very large Memory.dmp file.

Open Windows File Explorer.

Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so I can take a look for you.

All your minidump files indicate a driver named winsetupmon.sys is causing your PC to crash, that is a virtual driver Windows uses for large Windows udpates, there is no other problem indicated in your data.

Open the Settings App, then go to Windows Update, is there currently a Windows update downloading or waiting to be installed?

Click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter

Please provide a screenshot of the resulting dialog.

Those updates are optional preview updates, they basically an early beta release of the July updates.

The optional preview updates can be hard to install sometimes , may contain bugs and there is no need to install the optional preview updates.

If those update is continually failing, below that update is a switch to 'Get the latest updates as soon as they are released', disable that option and restart your PC, that will stop the optional updates continually trying to install and wait for the full July updates to be released next week.

If that does not resolve the problems.

Open the Settings App.

Go to System - Recovery.

Click the 'Reinstall Now' button in the 'Fix problems with Windows Updates' section and wait for that process to complete.

This process should fix any corruption in Windows and will not affect your files, settings or installed apps.

@DaveM121 will reistalling will fix all the problem i mentioned earlier cant download from browser,cant delete some files and cant view older pictures

Yes, that is correct, reinstalling would resolve all the problems, but try option 2 above first to see if that resolves the problems.

@DaveM121 before reistalling can u tell me what is causing these problems i will mention all the problems i am facing currently with my laptop
I am not able to downlaod anything from my browser which is going to dowloads foalder if i dowload anything it is automatically restarting if i delete any folder also it is restarting and i can create a folder or file manually inside the dowloads but i cant rename it and same happens with the desktop folder also i am not able to add or delete any folder and i am not able to view old screen shots new ones are viewable and another problem is if i go to settings and click on account->signin the setting is struck and i need to close and open it to work

Your description of all the problems indicate either the Windows installation is corrupt, or the user profile is corrupt.
