Dear Microsoft AI Skills Fest Support Team,

I participated in Microsoft AI Skills Fest and successfully completed all the required learning activities using my registered Microsoft account. I also received my AI Skills Fest badge, which confirms that my completion was recorded.

However, I have not yet received the free Microsoft Certification exam voucher. Another participant in my household who completed the event has already received their voucher, but I have not.

I have already checked my Inbox, Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders and could not find any voucher email.

Could you please verify my eligibility and check the status of my voucher?
