My lenovo yoga 11e laptop keeps on restarting whenever I open my camera. what could be the issue??

    Hi, when did the issue start? Was it working fine before? Does this happen only when opening the Camera app?

    Have you tried try reinstalling the Camera app? Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps. Find Camera, click the three dots, and select Uninstall. Restart your PC, then reinstall the Camera app from the Microsoft Store

    Also, please try updating the camera driver: Go to Device Manager > Cameras, right-click your camera, and select Update driver. If that doesn’t help, uninstall it and restart your laptop.

    Additionally, Could you please share the system logs?

    Press Windows key + X and select Event Viewer

    Expand Windows Logs

    Right-click System > select Filter Current Log

    Check Critical, Warning, and Error, then click OK

    On the right pane, click Save Filtered Log File As...

    Save the file to your desktop
